Evolve Money Transfer

Currently, no. Customers can only receive money from select Supreme Ventures locations.
Customers will need the following: 
    • Valid PIN- request the Valid PIN from the person who sent you the money transfer.  
    • Government-issued identification (ID) that displays their legal name.  
      • Driver’s License 
      • Voters ID (along with TRN)
    • The sender’s full name (that is, first, middle, and last names).
    • The country where the money was sent from.
    • Amount Expected
Please note, the name on the money transfer order must exactly match your name as it appears on your government-issued ID. You may also be required to provide proof of address.
  1. Receive PIN from your sender.
  2. Present your PIN.
  3. Show your government issued ID & TRN.
  4. Collect your money.

Proof of address is required where additional due diligence is required to process a transaction. Typically, this is for transactions of US$5,000 or its equivalent in any other currency, however this may be required for other reasons as determined by our compliance team.  

Acceptable proof of address includes utility bills, credit card statements (no more than 3 months old), property title, rental/lease agreement or a letter from a Justice of the Peace. 

Evolve Money Transfer transactions are currently only paid in cash, in Jamaican Dollars.  

RIA Money Transfers can be collected at the following Supreme Ventures company stores: 

  • Half Way Tree Retail Centre – State Mall, 15-17 Half Way Tree Road, Kingston 5 
  • Portmore Retail Centre – 2nd Floor McMaster’s Centre Lot 18 Portmore Town Center, Shop #4 
  • Spanish Town Retail Centre – 37 Young Street, Spanish Town 
  • Ocho Rios Retail Centre – Shop #5 Ocean Village Shopping Center 
  • Montego Bay Retail Centre (City Centre) – 40 City Centre Plaza, St James Street 
  • Flagship Store – Twin Gates Plaza, 25 ½ Constant Spring Road 

All fees are paid by the sender. Receiving money is always free of charge

Money transfers are available for pickup 15 minutes after they have been sent. Customers can visit their nearest Evolve Money Transfer location with a valid PIN to collect your funds. 

All customers receiving transfers below US $5,000 or its Jamaican equivalent must have one form of Government issued ID. For amounts of US $5,000 and above, the customer should have a second form of identification/verification document, purpose of funds, proof of address and TRN.  

The PIN is a requirement to pick-up all receiving transfers. This number is unique to your transaction; ensure you have this number from your sender. 

Evolve Bill Pay

You may pay your Flow and National Water Commission bills with Evolve Bill Pay.
